Steven Fillman graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1993 with Distinction and in the top 10 percent of his class. He was a member of the Nebraska Law Review and Order of the Coif. From 1993 to 1997 he served as an active duty officer and attorney in the Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He joined Fillman Law Offices in 1997. Steven’s areas of practice include civil and criminal trials, divorce and custody cases, wills, trusts and probate, corporate and business law, personal injury, real estate and collections. Jerry D. ClinchJerry Clinch attended Stetson University College of Law in Florida, one of the top schools in the country for trial advocacy and legal writing. He grew up in Grand Island and returned to Nebraska to be near family. At Stetson University, Jerry earned his Juris Doctor degree after just two and a half years of study. He distinguished himself with two judicial internships. He was a teaching assistant for the Trial Advocacy class and was a published member of the Law Review. Gordon B. Fillman graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 1953. He served as a Legal Officer in the United States Navy from 1953-1957. He has been in private practice in York since 1958. He served as the counsel for Perennial Public Power as their attorney for 50 years and was the attorney for several nonprofit boards, including the York Community Foundation, Epworth Village Foundation, Kilgore Memorial Library Foundation, Greenwood Cemetery Association, and Pearson Manor Board.
